The Victorious Festival Southsea has announced the Friday acts. Manchester legend Ian Brown kicked the party off with a headline slot on the opening night. Ian will be joined by indie popsters The Kooks. Peter Hook and The Light, along with Terrorvision, will join them. Keep your eyes peeled for future lineup announcements at the start of 2020. Festival-goers can also enjoy a full programme of all-ages events in the dedicated Family Arena, including interactive workshops, live music for children, and fun activities to keep the whole family entertained throughout the day.

Victorious Festival Southsea 2020 will see some of the biggest names in music delight fans over the bank holiday weekend. Two Door Cinema Club will get the Common Stage audience dancing with a host of indie disco hits, new and old. On the opening night, they will be joined by 2 Tone legends The Specials, who will bring out all their hits. Much-loved indie rockers Doves will make their comeback, adding a touch of nostalgia for long-time festivalgoers.
Rudimental will top the bill on Saturday at Victorious Festival, drawing a huge crowd to the Common Stage with their feel-good bangers. Over at the Castle Stage, Bloc Party will round off a series of gigs commemorating their iconic debut Silent Alarm. They will follow The Hives, as fun as ever, and Lewis Capaldi, who will pack Castle Fields with about as many people as it can withstand. Festivalgoers will also enjoy food stalls, fairground rides, and plenty of activities between sets.
The Victorious Festival will be brought to a close on Sunday night with a headline performance from the legendary New Order on the Common Stage. They will treat the audience to a host of their biggest hits and will dip into some Joy Division classics for the encore. It will be a poppier affair over at the Castle Stage, where Clean Bandit, joined by special guests, will play their chart-topping hits. Throughout the day, a sun-drenched crowd will enjoy sets from Plan B, The Vaccines, Ziggy Marley, and many more, making Victorious Festival Southsea 2020 an unmissable celebration of music, summer, and Southsea’s vibrant festival spirit.

Victorious Festival Southsea 2020 will see the return of off-site camping at Farlington Fields, where campers can avail themselves of free and regular shuttle buses to head out and back to the main Victorious Festival site quickly and efficiently.
