Their bakers rise before dawn, working by hand to create between 1,000 and 2,000 kilos of bread daily. Imagine that! Only 2–6 dedicated bakers shape each loaf with skill and patience, ensuring Brighton’s breakfast tables are stocked with perfectly baked sourdoughs and golden pastries.
The coffee? Absolutely top-notch. The bread? Simply irresistible. For breakfast, indulge in flaky croissants or a warm pain au chocolat. Come lunchtime, savour the freshly baked pork and fennel sausage rolls, traditional croques, vegan rolls, or one of their legendary sandwiches — all bursting with flavour and freshness.
And then there’s the showstopper — The Brighton Blackout. A full-on chocolate assault on the senses! Three layers of rich chocolate sponge, luscious buttercream, and a crumbly chocolate topping that serves 10–12 (if you’re feeling generous).
