We did the walk from Salou to the lighthouse and back, and then the following day we did the walk to Cambrils and back. You notice more people going to the lighthouse and back as it’s a more rugged route along the edge of rocks and through shrubs along the foreshore. The route to Cambrils is along the beachfront, you can walk on the beach or the pavement.

As you start the hike, the first thing you will notice is the well-marked path that leads you through a small forest. Along the way, you will be greeted with lush greenery and birds chirping in the background, creating a serene atmosphere.

After a few minutes of walking, you will reach a clearing that provides a spectacular view of the vast expanse of the sea. From there, the trail descends into a steep and rocky terrain, which can be challenging for some hikers. However, the effort is well worth it as you will be rewarded with unparalleled views of the coastline.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by several small beaches and coves, each with its unique charm. The crystal-clear waters and pristine sandy beaches make them an excellent spot for a quick dip or a picnic.
