We love Kay’s Fish and Chips. It is a quaint and cosy eatery located in the heart of Cleveleys, known for serving up delicious, authentic fish and chips. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the delightful aroma of freshly cooked fish, which definitely whetted my appetite.

I ordered the classic fish and chips with a side of mushy peas, and I was not disappointed. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy golden batter and a tender and flaky interior. The chips were also excellent, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The mushy peas were a great complement to the dish, providing a fresh and tangy flavour that cut through the richness of the fish and chips. One of my guests ordered Cheese and Onion Pie chips and gravy. The Pie was freshly made by a local company based in Bolton. Greenhalgh’s Craft Bakery is an award-winning, family-owned bakery company. My other guest ordered Scampi and chips served with a side salad and tartare sauce.
What I particularly appreciated about Kay’s Fish and Chips was the quality of the ingredients they used. The fish was clearly fresh and of high quality, and the chips were made from locally sourced potatoes.
